A pleasant experience

Was sceptical about the 24 hr delivery as it was just before the LNY. The collection and delivery were prompt . The items were nicely and professionally dry cleaned and ironed. The delivery guy was very friendly too despite working late during the peak hours. Am now a fan of Laundry Heap!

I tried Laundryheap for the first time…

I tried Laundryheap for the first time - and my first order was to get a carpet cleaning service. I was very pleased with the notifications for my order to be picked up and being able to know when the driver would arrive (really accurate and useful!). The only thing I really would want to know which wasn't provided when the carpet was delivered back was the method used to clean the carpet - was it machine washed or dry cleaned, etc; the gentleman who delivered it didn't know. This is because originally the carpet wasn't a clean second hand purchase - although they did a decent job making it less smelly. Thank you Laundryheap. :)

Life in a damp land just got sunnier

As the clouds roll in for the long, damp Dutch autumn and winter, I began to look for solutions to clothes hanging on heaters and musty odors. I decided to give Laundryheap a try. I packed up a test load of sheets and linens (the tough stuff to launder without a dryer). The pick up was prompt and 24 hours later, I had a load of sunshine in a bag. Dry, neutral smell and folded. Winter grey just got sunnier. Thanks to you all.
